How long until my order arrives?
Each item is made to order: 2–5 business days to produce (up to 7 for some all-over prints), then usually 3–5 business days to ship within the US. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do the sizes run?
Every product page has its own size chart with exact measurements. Check it before ordering, because sizes vary by item. See our Size Guide for tips.
Can I return or exchange something?
Since everything is made just for you, we can't take returns for size or change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it free. See Shipping & Returns.
Why did my order come in more than one package?
Different items are made at different facilities, so they sometimes ship separately. Some hats always ship on their own.
How do I wash my gear?
Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print, and skip the bleach and dry cleaning. Embroidered hats: spot clean only.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. More territories are coming soon.
