Shipping Policy

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner.

Production time: most items are produced within 2–5 business days. Some all-over print items can take up to 7 business days. Production can take longer during the holiday season (mid-November through December).

Delivery: we currently ship within the United States. Standard US delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Shipping rates: a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free within the US.

Tracking: you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.

Multiple packages: orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, because items can be produced at different facilities. Some hats always ship separately.

Delivery problems: if your tracking has not updated in 7 or more business days, or your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us through our Contact page and we will help resolve it.
